Photographs, films, and job books from the studio of Melvin R. Diemer, Madison, Wisconsin, circa 1910 to 1955. Diemer also served as the staff photographer for the University of Wisconsin College of Agriculture and the Home Economics Department. The job books contain notations describing the images. Photographs document various subjects including those related to the First International Congress of Soil Science, the Good Roads Association of Wisconsin, and the University of Wisconsin campus in Madison. Films relate to a biography of Stephen M. Babcock and the dedication of an historical marker by the State Historical Society of Wisconsin.
